REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

1. Return and Exchange Conditions
   We accept return and exchange requests in the following cases:
   ●The product has quality problems or transportation damage
   ●The received product is seriously different from the order description
   ●The product is in its original packaging and has not been used
   Please note that custom products, special items and clearance items may not be subject to the return and exchange policy.
2. Return and Exchange Period
   You must submit a return or exchange request within 14 days of signing for the product and send the product back within 7 days thereafter. Late return will not be accepted.
3. Return and Exchange Process
   ●Please contact customer service at brightforge@gripglamour.com first and provide the order number and reason for return or exchange.
   ●After receiving confirmation, please return the product to the address provided and attach the original order information.
   ●We will process a refund or arrange a replacement within 5 working days after receiving the return and checking the status of the goods.
4. Refund Instructions
   ●The refund will be returned to your payment account.
   ●For returns without quality issues, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
   ●The additional shipping costs incurred by the replacement will be negotiated according to the actual situation.
5. Notes
   ●Please properly package the returned goods to avoid transportation damage, otherwise it may affect the refund.
   ●The time for the refund to arrive may vary depending on the bank or payment platform.
